iCHEF Online Restaurant

Due to COVID-19, restaurants were forced to adopt online sales channels to survive the pandemic. However, UberEats and foodpanda take up to 35% commission for each order making it a love-hate relationship between restaurant and food delivery services.

iCHEF provide a fully POS-integrated free online order website for restaurants to tackle this pain points.

CHALLENGES

Setting automation

To tackle the challenges, I designed an automated setting flow so that there is no break point in the user journey.

TASK 03

CUSTOMER PAYING FLOW

Description

After the credit card payment service is enabled, the next step is to design customer paying flow in the iCHEF Online Restaurant.

Secondary research

Before designing the paying flow, I conducted secondary research to understand how current products in the market work. I want to make sure the paying flow is not deviated from mainstream products which customers are already get used to.
